Plans and billing
How much does it cost?
$29.99 a month, after a 7-day free trial. One plan, every feature.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The free dashboard is open to everyone, no account needed: Art Studio, the Economy and Robux calculators, 3 idea checks and 5 keyword searches a day, every tracked game with its players, chart ranks and description, earnings for the top 5 earners, and a taste of Ideas, Trends and Market. There's a live demo on the home page too. Everything else comes with the 7-day free trial.
How does the free trial work?
Create an account and start your trial with Stripe. You won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel from your account page any time before then.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Your projects stay in your account if you come back.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you change your mind about your first paid month, ask within 14 days of the charge for a full refund, and billing mistakes are always refunded. See the Refund Policy.
Where do I manage my subscription?
On your account page: change your card, download receipts or cancel, securely through Stripe.
The product
Is Blox Academy made by Roblox?
No. Blox Academy is an independent tool. It reads Roblox's public data, such as the charts, game details and game pass prices, and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox.
How accurate are the earnings estimates?
They're estimates, always shown with a likely range. Roblox doesn't publish what games earn, so Blox Academy builds them from Roblox's own Top Earning ranking and published platform figures, and shows every factor and where it comes from.
What do I need to use it?
A computer with a modern browser (Chrome, Edge or Safari). Everything runs on the website, so there's nothing to install.
How often is the data updated?
Every few hours. Blox Academy's servers read Roblox's charts around the clock. You can add any game on Roblox, not just charting ones, and it's read every refresh from then on.
Can I see my own game's real numbers?
Yes. Analytics gives you a small script for your game. It counts players, retention, purchases, funnels, A/B tests and script errors on Roblox's servers, and stores players as a scrambled code, never their Roblox ID. Turn on Allow HTTP Requests in your game's settings for it to work.
How do the forecasts work?
Once a game has four days of readings, it gets a two-week forecast of its players, and of its earnings when it has an estimate. It's always a range, and each forecast is tested on the game's own last few days, with the error shown next to it.
Where do the search keywords come from?
From Roblox's own search: the suggestions under the search box and the games it returns. Roblox doesn't publish how often things are searched, so demand and competition are scores, not counts.
Does it make art with AI?
Not by itself: running an image model would push the price up. Art Studio writes the prompt for the AI image tool you already use, then lays your picture out at Roblox's sizes and checks it at real size next to the competition.
Security and privacy
How is my account protected?
Passwords are stored with Argon2id and checked against known data breaches. You can turn on two-factor sign-in with any authenticator app, and sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies that other sites can't use.
Who can see my projects?
Only you, and the teammates you invite to a project. Nothing is ever sold. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what we keep.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite up to 8 teammates to a project by email. They can open and edit the projects you share without a plan of their own; the rest of Blox Academy needs a plan.
What happens to my Roblox API key?
It's encrypted on our servers and used only for what you ask: countdown thumbnails, and Live Ops (live settings, events and sales, broadcasts, notifications, your store, player data and bans). Only you can add or change it, every action is logged with who did it, and you can remove it at any time. Give it only the permissions you'll use.
Can I run my live game from Blox Academy?
Yes. With a Roblox API key from your Creator Hub, Live Ops changes settings without a new version, runs scheduled events and sales that switch back by themselves, broadcasts to every server, sends notifications, and edits your game passes and products. The player desk looks players up, fixes their saved data and bans or unbans them. It all uses Roblox's own Open Cloud.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. From your account page, after cancelling your subscription. It removes your projects, saved ideas and settings.
Roblox and Claude
Does it change my game?
Only when you ask it to. Countdown Thumbnails changes your thumbnails while a countdown runs, then puts yours back. With Claude in Studio, Claude edits the place you have open, so save a version first.
Do I need to pay for Claude?
Blox Academy doesn't need an API key or charge per use. Claude features work through your own Claude account.
What's a connector link?
A private link you add to Claude so it can read your Blox Academy projects and prices. You can turn it off or replace it at any time.
Does it work with Discord?
Yes, through a channel webhook, so there's no bot to install. Alerts, a daily Morning Brief and your patch notes can all post to the channel you pick.
