How does the free trial work?

Create an account and start your trial with Stripe. You won't be charged until the 7 days are up, and you can cancel from your account page any time before then.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Is my payment secure?

Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes billions of dollars a year. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch Blox Academy.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you change your mind about your first paid month, ask within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. Billing mistakes are always refunded. The Refund Policy has the details.

Do I need to pay for anything else?

No. Claude features work with your own Claude account, and Countdown Thumbnails use a free Roblox Open Cloud API key you create.
