The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [Your legal business name] (“we”, “us”) about your use of Blox Academy: the website, the dashboard, the Claude connector and everything else we provide. By creating an account or using Blox Academy, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use it for a team or company, you agree for them too.
Your account
- You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. Younger creators can use Blox Academy through a parent's or guardian's account.
- Give us a real email address, and keep it working. That's how we reach you about your account and billing.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password and recovery codes safe, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what Claude does through your connector link.
Free trial and subscription
- Free trial. New accounts get a 7-day free trial, once per person. You won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
- Subscription. After the trial, Blox Academy costs $29.99 a month, plus any tax that applies where you live. Your subscription renews and charges your payment method automatically every month until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. It starts with your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before then.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will try again. If it keeps failing, we may pause your access until it's sorted out.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.
Using Blox Academy
While your subscription is active, you can use Blox Academy for your own games and your own studio's work, commercial projects included. Please don't:
- share your account, or sell or give access to others;
- copy, scrape or bulk-download the service or its data, other than the exports we provide;
- reverse engineer it, except where the law allows that anyway;
- test, probe or get around its security, or overload it;
- use it to break the law, Roblox's rules, or anyone else's rights;
- use it to build a competing product.
Your content and what Blox Academy makes for you
Your content is yours. Your projects, notes and saved ideas belong to you. You let us store and process them only to run Blox Academy for you.
What Blox Academy makes for you is yours to use. Ideas, descriptions, checklists, starter kit code and other output can go into your games, including ones you sell. Ideas are generated from public chart data, so others may see similar ideas, and they may resemble games that already exist. They aren't exclusive to you. Before you publish, make sure your game doesn't copy anyone else's name, art or other work.
Our software
Blox Academy's software, design, data collections and brand belong to us and are protected by law. These terms don't give you any of them, except the right to use the service as described here. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them without owing you anything.
Roblox, Claude and other services
- We're independent. Blox Academy isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Anthropic.
- Roblox. You're responsible for your games and for following Roblox's Terms of Use and community rules. If you add a Roblox API key, you authorize us to update your game's thumbnails the way you set them up. We can't control Roblox's systems, data, moderation or API changes, and we aren't responsible for them.
- Claude. Claude features run on your own Claude account, under Anthropic's terms. AI can be wrong: review what it writes, and save a version of your Roblox place before you let Claude change it.
- Other services you connect are covered by their own terms.
Estimates aren't promises
Earnings, player counts, retention, ad payback and other figures in Blox Academy are estimates, shown as ranges. Roblox doesn't publish what games earn, so we build them from public charts and published benchmarks. Most new games never reach the charts. We don't promise any result, and nothing in Blox Academy is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Blox Academy running and its data fresh, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Roblox data can be late or missing. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut Blox Academy down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any month you've paid for but can't use.
Ending the agreement
You can stop anytime: cancel your subscription and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn't pay, or puts others at risk. Unless it's urgent or serious, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to download your data. Sections that by their nature should survive the end of this agreement (like the limits below) still apply.
Disclaimers
Apart from what we promise in these terms, Blox Academy is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't give other warranties, such as fitness for a particular purpose or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, Robux, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
If someone makes a claim
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your games, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, to the extent the law allows. This doesn't apply to claims caused by us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your province or state, and country], and disputes go to its courts. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the laws where you live and can bring a claim there.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date. For changes that matter, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Blox Academy after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
General
These terms and the policies they mention are the whole agreement between us. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to. You can't transfer this agreement without our permission. We can transfer it if the business changes hands.
